Power Supplies
M200 Unit
It provides up to 200 A for reliable orbital gas tungsten arc welding, with a multi-language touchscreen and an integrated mass flow controller for shielding gas. Weighing 50 lb, it is compatible with Swagelok welding helmets and includes an Ethernet connection for downloading welding logs.
Series 10 Weld Head
Welding head 10 series
The Series 10 welding helmet can handle external weld joint diameters from 1/4 to 1 inch and 6 to 25 mm, with optical speed control that eliminates the need for a tachometer. It features polarized current connectors and delivers high output for enhanced performance and applications with thicker walls of tubing or pipe.
Series 5 Weld Head
Welding head 5 series
Designed for external welding joint diameters from 1/8 to 5/8 inches and 3 to 17.3 mm, this welding helmet features optical speed control without the need for a tachometer, polarized connectors for secure connections, and enhanced output for improved performance in applications with thicker walls of tubing.
Welding head series 8HPH
Welding head series 8HPH
Designed for diameters from 1/8 to 1/2 inch, the Series 8HPH workbench mount features user-friendly optical speed control and a long maintenance cycle, making it possible to perform multiple welds per hour. It comes with an adjustable gauge and an optional work support system for improved stability.
Welding head 4 & 8 (miniature)
Welding head 4 & 8 (miniature)
The miniature design of this series allows access to tight welding areas. Enjoy optical speed control-no tachometer or calibration required-and improved productivity through the ability to set one fastener while welding with another fastener.
Collets
Collets
The Series 20 and Series 40 welding helmets and attachments accommodate pipe tensioners with a cantilever design that adapts to variations in pipe diameter. Our standard stainless steel pipe tensioners hold components securely for welding and can be easily interchanged for different outside diameters, from 1/8 to 4 inches.
Weld Head Accessories (Remote Pendant)
Remote control
The remote provides control of all power supply functions via a connected cable and is designed to display only the highlighted data from the main screen due to its smaller size. It connects to the power supply via the 'Remote' marked connector on the front panel.
Welding Purge Panel WPP Series
Weld Purge Panel WPP Series
The Swagelok WPP Series welding purge panel provides precise gas flow and pressure control for clean, repeatable welds, and is customizable with different flow meters and gauge options for different pipe diameters. The design reduces clutter and is easily portable with an aluminum carry handle.
