Membralox Technology

Membralox ceramic filters are constructed with layers of material of decreasing pore sizes. This allows particles of larger size to be caught in the outer zone while trapping smaller particles in the inner zone. A final sintering process fuses the layers together. The benefits of multiple layers are longer life and higher efficiency.

TF series sintered filters

Here an element can be replaced without removing the body. Replaceable sintered elements are available in 0.5, 2, 7, 15, 60, or 90 µm nominal pore sizes; replaceable strainer elements in 40, 140, 230, or 440 µm. Pair with Swagelok tube fittings, NPT, and tube socket or tube butt weld ends. Alternative fuel service options.

FW series inline filters

FW Series inline filters save space, have all-welded construction, and are easily backflushed. The sintered element is available in 0.5 µm nominal pore size, while pleated mesh elements are available in 2, 7, and 15 µm nominal pore sizes. For end connections choose from Swagelok tube fittings, NPT, and male VCR face seal fittings.

Swagelok produces several lines of filters for manufacturing, processing, and other industrial applications. We also offer an innovative filter retainer assembly for our popular K Series regulator. Element kits, gasket kits, and insertion tools are available too.

In TF filters, a filter element can be replaced without removing the housing. Replaceable sintered and sieve elements are available in different nominal pore sizes. Choose from a variety of end connection options.

Our compact F Series filters have replaceable sintered elements and strainer elements in various nominal pore sizes. End connection options include Swagelok tube fittings, NPT, tube adapters and male VCR seal fittings.

With particle removal greater than 99.9999999% at 0.003 µm at maximum flow rate, SCF filters meet SEMI E49.8-96 requirements. Designed with a Membralox ceramic element and a 316L VAR stainless steel housing.

Welded Filters (FW Series)
FW filters are compact and have a fully welded construction, providing reliable fluid control. A weld between the body and element prevents bypass flow, but these filters are easily cleaned by backwashing.
Gas Filters (FC Series)
Gas Filters (FC Series)
Our stainless steel FC filters can be mounted horizontally to save space. They have a drain connection on the housing, eliminating the need to disconnect the line when replacing elements. Various end connection options are available.
