We fabricate custom fluid system assemblies and subassemblies in our Waddinxveen shop. With certified technicians and large local inventory, we are equipped to provide fully built, leak-tight solutions. Design, testing, and documentation included.

Design consulting

We can review your design. Often we can reduce connection points and parts needed, make designs more compact, and deliver savings.

Analytical subsystems

We build fast loops modules, field station modules, calibration and switching modules, sample probes, and fluid distribution headers.

Grab sampling systems

We build grab sampling panels customized to your needs. Standardized designs offer a variety of configurations and advanced features.

Gas distribution program

We design and build the subsystems that facilitate industrial gas distribution. We offer four standardized designs as a platform.

Mechanical seal support

We offer customized kits and plans that improve the environment around critical seals, helping to make rotating equipment last longer.

Onsite services

We offer local Swagelok field engineers trained to help customers diagnose, repair, and/or upgrade fluid systems at their facilities. Field engineers come equipped to pinpoint the root cause of current issues, report the details you need to mitigate each issue, and recommend steps to head off future repairs.

Fluid system evaluation

We offer comprehensive assessment of a customer's fluid systems and detailed advice on reducing downtime, repairs and maintenance.

Hose advisory & optimization

Our hose specialist visually inspects hoses at a facility, then advises on how to reduce repairs, improve performance, and extend hose life.

Sampling system evaluation

We have engineers specialized in grab sampling who can advise customers on repairing or optimizing their sampling systems.

Compressed gas leak detection

We can spot compressed gas leaks as small as 0.001 cm/s. Our customer receives detailed analysis and advice on each leak found.

Training services

It's not uncommon for maintenance technicians to under-tighten tube fittings, install valves backwards, and create flaws during tube bending. Those are just three examples of common errors. The right training reduces errors, which means fewer repairs, replacements, and rework over many years.
