Inside Account Manager
About the position
As Inside Account Manager at Swagelok Netherlands, you will be responsible for following up on new leads and maintaining long-term relationships with both existing and new customers. You will work closely with the marketing department to set up targeted campaigns and follow them up effectively. Thanks to your empathy for customer needs, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Your main tasks:
- Proactively follow up and maintain contacts with existing and new accounts.
- Answering customer questions and following up on quotes.
- Coordinate the 'quote' follow-up process.
- Organizing and following up on marketing campaigns in cooperation with the marketing department.
- Interacting with other departments within the organization.

- Fixed salary per month between €3000 and €5000,- gross per month.

What do we expect from you?
As Inside Account Manager you have a commercial attitude, a strong affinity with technical products and the ability to quickly understand customer needs. You work in a structured way, result-oriented and always think proactively with customers to help them.
We are looking for someone with;
- A completed college education, preferably in the direction of Commercial Economics or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a commercial function.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent command of both the Dutch and English language, both oral and written.
