How does the webshop work
TAP 1 To register online with Swagelok Netherlands, select the 'Go to Webshop' button at the top of this page. You will now go to the Swagelok Webshop'.
STEP 2 Select 'Register' from the menu at the top right of the page
STEP 3 Enter your personal information to complete the 'Registration Form'. You will be prompted to set up your own password and ID. At "Select Your Sales & Service Center," choose Swagelok Netherlands.
STEP 4 Read and accept the three policies and select "I'm not a robot. Follow the on-screen instructions and then click 'Register'.
Product Search. To search for a product on the Swagelok Webshop, enter your search term in the search bar at the top of the website
To find brochures, hover over the "shop products" link and click on the product group you are looking for. Scroll down slightly on the corresponding page and you will find a heading with "Catalogs".
OPTION 1 When you have found the product you want, click "Add to Cart" along with the quantity to automatically add that item to your list. Select "ad to favorites" to add those parts to your favorites.
OPTION 2 You can add parts from your "Favorites" found under "My Account". Click "Add to Cart" to purchase the products or request a quote.
Once you have all the parts and quantities you need, click "checkout" at the bottom of the page. if you want a quote click " Get a Quote"
Once you have the products in your cart you can request a quote or place an order from there.
Click on "Get a Quote" for a quote
Click on "Checkout" to place an order
Can you view the status of your inquiries and orders? Under "Orders" or "Quotes" you will find your respective details and also the status of your inquiries or orders. After successful delivery of your order, you also have the option here to download the invoice as a pdf.
